The Challenge
As both a manufacturer and installer, RS Tensile needed to present two genuinely different kinds of content to two genuinely different buyer types on the same site: product specifications for procurement-focused buyers comparing tensile lightweight, architecture, and entrance structure options, and a completed-projects showcase for architects and developers evaluating the company's actual delivery capability. Cramming both into one undifferentiated page structure tends to underserve both audiences.
Our Solution
We structured the site around two parallel tracks - a product catalog (Tensile Lightweight Structures, Tensile Architecture Structures, Tensile Entrance Structures, and tensile car parking structures) for buyers evaluating specifications, and a completed-projects showcase for buyers evaluating capability - with the group's 20+ years of experience and its regional units (Tensile Arch, Shiwa Tensile) positioned as supporting credibility throughout.
