The Challenge
Founded in 2014, Visa Expertz wanted to be positioned as visa specialists rather than a generalist travel agency that also happens to "do visas" - a meaningfully different trust signal for a customer handing over identity documents. On top of that, once someone actually submits an enquiry, visa processing has a lot of silent waiting time; without any way to check status, applicants default to calling or messaging the office directly to ask "any update?" - a support load that scales badly as the client base grows toward the volumes this team was handling.
Our Solution
We designed a consultancy-focused site (not a generic travel-agency template) with clear service breakdowns per visa category, backed by a PHP/MySQL system with a status-tracking flow so applicants have somewhere to check progress themselves instead of calling in. The content and structure throughout the site reinforces specialist positioning - detailed process explanations and credential signals rather than a thin "we do visas too" service list.
